The Process:
Cosmic Smash Booking is a 13-step process that engages all of your senses in the creation of a personal, magical, and deeply meaningful art journal.
Each step is inspired by powerful questions and incorporates various elements that I will share with you during the workshops!

“A few months back,I partook in Natalie's introduction to Cosmic Smashbooking.
We started out with a guided meditation and some deep breathing which I thought was perfect to set the tone for the evening( I had just frantically driven across town from work to make it in time for the class start). I completely benefited from it and Natalie's calm tone.
Natalie had an abundance of mediums arranged for us to begin our adventure!! She was a perfect instructor,constantly checking in to make sure instructions were understood and the class was moving along at a comfortable pace. I think Natalie is a natural at instructing.
There were ups and downs for me emotionally during the workshop but that was the part of the exercise to complete this page. I am grateful I had the opportunity to revisit this part of my past. Natalie made us feel safe and let us take our time.
I think Cosmic Smashbooking is a great tool for people to try and add to their toolbox in this journey we are all on called life. I can't think of a more caring individual to get one started!!
