I am a self taught lover of arts and multiple mediums. My personal art is highly intuitive, I usually start by thinking of one particular object and then let the paint, paper, fabric, etc turn into what it wants to be. My classroom is fun, easy going and safe place where everyone is a fabulous creative. Mistakes here are happy accidents!

It's an inexpensive, accessible tool for self discovery, wellness, and emotional release - or simply a fun, cathartic way to feel lighter.
Offered in private or group sessions, in person or on Zoom, CSB requires no experience - just curiosity, a willingness to be open to possibility, and to let go.
This isn't about making art.
